Cancellation Policy

We send out text reminders 48 hours prior to appointments which gives clients a chance to make their changes. A fee will be incurred if an appointment is missed or substantially altered within 24 hours of the appointment time. We hope you all understand in these challenging times, with obvious exceptions made for our symptomatic clients.
